The Hospital Council – Northern & Central California Board of Directors is seeking member votes on proposed amendments to the bylaws. To vote, members are asked to complete this online ballot.
The proposed amendments are intended to do the following:
- Provide consistency with the bylaws of the California Hospital Association (CHA), Hospital Association of Southern California, and Hospital Association of San Diego & Imperial Counties where appropriate
- Reflect changes to corporate law since the last review
- Provide clear allowances for operational practices (such as virtual meetings)
Passage of the bylaws requires an affirmative vote of the majority of members of the association.
These amendments were developed in conjunction with legal counsel (the same legal counsel used by CHA for its most recent bylaws review).
