PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program provides its customers with assistance for certain medical conditions and independent living needs.
The program includes:
- An additional monthly allotment of energy at the lowest price
- Extra notifications for public safety power shutoffs
Qualifying medical conditions and devices include:
- Asthma/sleep apnea
- Respirators
- Multiple sclerosis
- Special heating/cooling needs
