What:
The Santa Clara County hospital CEOs reinstituted daily calls to support transfer needs during November as several unions held strikes (and sympathy strikes) at Kaiser. In addition to providing insight into census and patient transfer needs, members and EMS were able to discuss concerns and successes in real time. Attending were COOs and CNEs of each hospital (or appropriate alternate staff), EMS staff, and members of the Hospital Council team.
