Survey Seeks Data to Support Effective Hiring and Retention

Member hospitals and health systems are reminded this month to enroll in the 2021 Allied for Health Survey Program. The program includes access to the hot jobs and HR metrics, as well as executive, management, non-management compensation, and union penetration surveys.

To begin survey enrollment, go to salarity.org and select “Enroll for Surveys.” The enrollment process is designed to allow Salarity to properly set up 2021 access in the password-protected area of the site and ensures that it has the most current contact information on record.

As a survey participant, the fee for hot jobs is $125 and for HR metrics is $150 per facility. The fees for the executive, management, non-management compensation, and the quarterly health care workforce surveys are covered by your hospital’s membership dues.

A fee will be assessed to non-participants who wish to access the final reports. If your hospital has not participated in the past, act now to take advantage of this member benefit.

Survey timetables are below:

The consulting firm FutureSense, LLC, a regional consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience with the Allied for Health Surveys, is partnering with the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) to support this project.

The Allied for Health survey program includes the California Hospital Association, HASC, the Hospital Council — Northern & Central California, and the Hospital Association of San Diego & Imperial Counties.

The Employee Benefits Survey will not be conducted in 2021; it will resume in 2022.
