On Nov. 2, CEOs from the Kern/Eastern Sierra Section held their final meeting of the year. In addition to reviewing the 2023 legislative year and looking ahead to the priorities for 2024, the CEOs focused on plans for seismic compliance and community ally-building. Work is underway to build allies, and the section’s CEOs will work with Hospital Council on this effort in 2024 to present a unified voice to legislators.
