CHA released an alert earlier this month on the Office of Health Care Affordability’s staff-proposed 3% spending growth target and is sharing additional resources:
- An alternative framework developed by CHA that outlines factors that must be considered for an achievable, sustainable spending target
- CHA’s comment letter, which incorporates the framework and requests a one-year target (rather than the current five-year proposal)
