CDPH Reminds Facilities About Reporting Requirements During Planned Power Outages
The California Department of Public Health considers any power outage related to a planned public safety power shutoff an unusual occurrence that is reportable as required in Title 22 California Code of Regulations, and has released All Facilities Letter 26-29 reminding facilities of their reporting obligations.
