Northern Sierra member hospitals with Anthem Accounts Receivable issues
Hospital Council is working with three hospitals that are experiencing delays — often well past 90 days — in claim reimbursement. These hospitals have worked with Anthem for months with little progress. Anthem leadership has committed to getting involved to resolve the issues, and Hospital Council will arrange those meetings.
If your hospital is having issues with outstanding accounts receivable, even after repeated efforts to work with a payer to get reimbursed, please contact your Hospital Council regional vice president (RVP). The RVP can inform CHA, which is working to improve payer relations.
