The North Bay and Redwood Coast Sections are comprised of 22 hospitals, representing over 1,600 licensed beds in Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, Del Norte, and Humboldt counties.

Central Valley: Hospital Council participated in the Central Valley Community Foundation’s Legislative Roundtable, a quarterly meeting that briefs legislators and their staffs about the state of health care in the valley. Hospital Council also joined a panel discussion in Fresno to discuss the Central Valley Health Care Landscape Analysis.

Central Valley: Hospital Council continues working with hospitals to address the findings of this year’s community health heeds assessment, with planning for the first roundtable on food insecurity now underway. CENTRAL VALLEY: Hospital Council participated in the second Future of Medi-Cal Commission Advisory Group meeting. Over the coming months, the group will explore a framework for the program that improves Medi-Cal members’ experience and reduces inequities, strengthens provider participation and capacity, simplifies administration, and creates clear accountability and alignment across participating entities.
