Sutter Santa Rosa’s new 60,000-square-foot tower expansion will start seeing patients on May 3. A recent Press Democrat article featured photographs of the nearly complete project, most of which was under construction during the COVID-19 pandemic. CEO Dan Peterson is rightfully proud that the tower stands to open under budget and ahead of schedule. Being able to flex spaces for beds during the worst of the COVID-19 surges has allowed the construction of this much-needed tower to continue while Sutter maintained care of Santa Rosa patients.
