Don’t Miss Upcoming Settlement Claim Filing Deadlines

Managed Care Advisory Group (MCAG) — a Hospital Council endorsed business partner — recovered over $40 million for its health care clients last year, and 2023 promises to be a big year for settlement opportunities.  

If your hospital missed out on previous opportunities, don’t worry — there are a number of upcoming settlement deadlines:

  • HCAI Makes Changes to Hospital Supplier Diversity Report

    The Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) has made changes to its Hospital Supplier Diversity Report, which hospitals are required to submit annually on their minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprise procurement efforts.
